If you are not given the option to withdraw your cash or UKG in the Funds Management area you may still be in a verification pending state, and we require you to submit ID documents to complete the process. You can check your account status at the top of the profile page above your name and street address:
If your status is "Unverified" or "Verification Pending" you can click on the notice to be taken to the document uploader screen. There you can submit the necessary identification documents and our staff with review them usually within 24 hours.
